Introduction: These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Viacareers.ng job listing service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Service Description: The Service allows employers to post job listings and search for job seekers in Nigeria. Viacareers.ng does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or availability of any job listing or job seeker profile.
Job Listing Requirements: Employers must provide complete and accurate information in their job listings, including but not limited to job title, description, location, salary, and qualifications. Job listings that violate applicable laws or regulations or that contain false or misleading information may be removed by Viacareers.ng at its discretion.
Proprietary Rights: The Service and all content, trademarks, and other proprietary materials contained in the Service are the property of Viacareers.ng or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display the Service or any content, trademarks, or other proprietary materials without the express written permission of Viacareers.ng.
Limitation of Liability: Viacareers.ng will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Viacareers.ng does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
