Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real estate Sales and business manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with strategic business management skills to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise, and be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Communications and Customer service teams
Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Resolve complex customer issues and handle high-value negotiations
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training to the sales team
Set individual and team performance goals and track progress
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
A Master’s degree is (compulsory)
Managerial certificate
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.
Experience in team leadership and management.
Experience with luxury or commercial real estate
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: 300-400k
